I got up with this on my mind

When I get up everyday especially when it is very early I go through my ritual of reading the bible and meditating on the word.I do some reflection as well as projections for the upcoming day.Today I look at the psalms and I read about the way we should come into his presence, we need to come into the presence of God with singing and praises enter his courts with thanksgiving,I thought about that for a moment and it became clearer to .I really have to focus on that today.This way god is always close to me and I to him.

I truly thank god for this time of renewal I am on this vacation and I am not skiing or sight seeing and I feel like I am missing out on something.I guess God wants me to focus more on him and I want to but sometimes he wants you to be completely still.We are so used to going and going we oftern fail to just be still and here from the voice of God this has to be practise and you know this is the right thing to do after all these are just things at the end of the day.

So when you have the time just get closer to god and ask for his will in your life you can do like I do or it cfould be a lunch time.Have a great Day.

Easy going Sunday

Hope each of you are doing well,still loving the weather it looks like it is going to be a great winter season for us here in the Bahamas.I want each of you to let's start thinking about ways in which we can bring about the changes in our various community.The change starts with us that is important to know we must continue to have faith in God and trust him wholeheartly.I hoping to play some tennis today and go for a swim looking forward to an exciting week ahead.Remember we have to make the changes necessary in the community each and every one let us think of ways to reduce the amount of power we use encourage the kids and you to read more.Excercise more this Bahamas is beautiful let's live life to it's fullest.

The INSPIRATION

What keep you moving when you feel like giving up it is the power of God as you draw near he will draw near to you.Everyday is brand new and we as a daily ritual should worship God in spirit an in truth .I am inspired by his holy spirit whom come through people sent to ourselves for the times that we are going through.We must go back to the first place where we mmet him remembering the the pomises of God for us and he is true to his convenant with us not by our works or deeds but for the fact he made a covenant to those who serve him.

God is true last night I look out of my window and truly looked out and said it did not matter if it were day or night I was the same person place nor thing made the different what I carry with me will always be.

Friends will come and go what remains the same is the true value of who you are.God is the same yesterday today and tommorrow he is omnipresent he is all knowing he changes not God is wisdom, principal,knowledge and love wrap up .

This is the day the Lord has made let us rejoice!

Let us rejoice and be glad in it,Amen brothers ahd sisters let us be advised that there is a standard,this standard is simple we have to remember where God has brought us from and keep reminding yourself that he will deliver again God will not change .It is often times us who change I thank God for his grace and mercy.Everyday is Brand new , everyday what will remain the same is the God.The God we serve is not a personalities ,God is principal the source of all that is .

My friends we must be still and know that Gods is God and he change not .This is why we have sing the sounds of old and pray the prayers that our grandmothers and grand fathers pray .I truly believe no matter what comes there is a God that has always come through;When we start to be thankful for the small insignificant things we see after all that he has been faithful.Justthinking on these things we start to get happy in our spirit because we remember that he wored it out,our faith must remain strong in te one who has brought us out of all those situations that we thought that were going to overwhelm us .

The Source is the Spirit of the Most High God

I look unto the hill from whence come my strenght? my strenght cometh from the lord.I have this feeling like I am tired and I don;t like it is like I can't rest,I have to be moving I am on a little vaction and i can't get use to the idea.Strange right I feel weary but still do not want to take the time to rest,betwixt and between.I love the night and it seems like Nassau after 9pm is dead unless you are into clubs and bars which I am not.I told a friend I need a night job I love the night.Do kind of understand what I am feeling it is weird.
Man I need a vacation where I just have to let go of everything I want to be moving around I feel if I just lay in my bed I am being lazy.
I am really in this fasting zone right now I am weak and very much still strong,I guess it is call spiritual rejuvenation? I don't know wish I could go to New York or some where it is snowing right now,I have this longing around this time of the year.Pray for me.

Where does the Power come from?

There is a source where does it come from, this power comes from God.How you manifest the power that comes from God you ask and follow the direction inwhich he will tell you through the power of the Holy spirit.The Power is real there are things that are you do to get it it is like anything that you truly want .You have to go after it like you go after anything with all you have everyday until you get it,we have to be relentless.youdo what you have to do as long as you have to until you achieve.The Power of God is in some men and women how do you know is really simple by there fruits .All the people that you see today came from somewhere it had to come from a thought that for what ever reason caused them to believe inspite the fact that others around them may not have seen.What people see is the facts that are presented,but was it there before they saw it ? it most certainly was in their faith in the mind waiting to be brought to the realm of the presence.

You must keep the faith the dream the hope what ever it is that you hope to see in the land of the living.Everything that you have presently you thought of and now it and what has to happen is that you move closer to it everyday.We must never give up .

I AM IN LOVE

This feeling is so good sorry great,it make me crazy I can't stop I want more.I am sure those of you who are in love know exactly what I am speaking of .Know what I am doing is spreading it to everyone I could .I get up in the morning and I want to gravitate to the one I love and you know,what they feel the same way to.I know some of you are searching for the one inwhich you want to share your love with and I am sure you know there are not alot of people out here that don't qualify for the love in which you have to share.I used to have the same problem until I let go and let God.For me the supreme love of all is Gods LOVE he demonstrated to me that no matter what he was there for me.I messed up so many times.
God still took me back.I used to cheat on him everyday he was still patient, sometimes I would run away for months,sometimes I looked for other people to give the love he was suppose to.And every time I was disappointment. Friends I stopped one day and said I surrended everything every situation over to my loving father,and I want you to know sometimes I felt that he does not answer when I call but now I am patient with him as he was with me and it is like he was preparing me for this moment until I got the feeling like no matter what I would serve him with my love .This is a very humbling experience.God still is here for me and certainly for you and now that I'm wrapped up in his love,I have to tell you my friends about this feeling.Please don't waste your time seeking it in others they will trip you up for everytime,but feel the love that you know that is inside of you and then share inspite of everyone has to give his wn account.I hope when I comes to your balance says zero all given out.

Ladies and Gentleman hope you are all living the dream today make sure it is your dreams.Thoughts are very powerful becareful what you think,What is even more Powerful is what you have to say. I awoke this morning and the thought came to mind if I would acknowledge God in All my ways then he shall direct my path. Let's think about it for a moment .
From this moment forward if you ask God to direct you in anything that you arte about to do and listen to his direction for you all that you will do shall prosper.

God is a spirit and we are a free will spirit fill people,then we are on the same wave of the spirit of God,First we have to be still and know that God is God and he is sovereign.I will tell you from personal experience you will see the difference even when it may not be what you want to hear.Listen and ask this Holy spirit to speak to you.

I begin my day in the word of God this will give you strenght,I am sure you know there are people out there that don't like for no reason do you really think that it is about them it is the spirit inwhich they carry be it jeaslousy hate envy what every form inwhich it comes we have to be careful of everything. We should recognise that we are in a battle this is good over evil,When you speak speak life show love represent God in man today and watch the power of the Most high God.

Just for a moment sit quietly and ask God to direct your path today and count you blessing one by one,the more you do this the better your life will become.

Forgive yourself for the Past........

Have faith for the future and have action for the present.This is a great day ladies and gentlemen something happen to me today when I visited a friend who is in a wheel chair he seemed like he want to be heard so I listen for a while and I slowly said to myself imagine if that was me and I did and as I left the room a feeling came and I said that I have to cary the message that he could not.

I am slowly seeing myself in others and I am more humbled it is a great feeling the empathy needed to be more kind,I have to be more gentle with them.God is truly working it out I see it materializing every day.As I walk with God and ask his will for my life I know that is a selfless journey,I become my brothers keeper,I pray for my eniemies like I pray for my friends and I see the power of the almighty God working,.I encourage you my brothers and sisters to get to know the lord as your personal saviour your life will never be the same.

God can do for you what you can not do for yourself.Seek him while you can.

Saturday Night Live

I waking up thanking the lord for the night before had a really good time last night Went to Mr.Jackson Birthday party on the beach it was breezy the waves rushing the white sand was of the chains.Hanging out with (my)his girl from New Jersey was even better hey we had fun met a black american man who was having a ball, he said man I feel like I am home coming fromDakota it is sucha blessing to see so many black people in one place it is like heaven.I was happy just on hearing that and could relate after being a way from home for any period for time.

I enjoy watching people have a great time the breeze was very hi last night the feeling was sublime man I love the ocean and that seen was terrific.The next time I plan to have a party is has to be on the beach with this huge bonfire that was the only thing missing and perhaps that walk down the beach with that special girl,wish you guys were there,I had a great time to say the least.

let go and let God

Greeting ladies and Gentleman hope the day is going well with you, Got up this morning, read the book of psalms and said my prayers and lounged for a while my chill time is so important.I like to reflect on the pass day and slowly move into the day this usaully starts poping around ten in the morining.I had the urge to go to a meeting I woke up with this friend on my mind it is rear I really think about thinks that I have to do and really get into the thinking of these meeting .When I looked at the clock woow I had about 10 minutes to be there on time I was late I don't like to be late.

These meeting I really feel I have an obligation to chair the meeting because I hate to be in any meeting and they are not chairing it right,so any way I get to the meeting and the chairman is cool so the guy I was thinking about was there i was so glad,it is like you have a message to deliver and the person is right there to receive it.

The topic for the meeting was Let go and let God people share about the topic in relation to there live and man it really is good . We live our lives like we are the only stars in the show and when you think that you are really behind the eight ball.

So it was like everybody was going through stuff with there signifacant others or people at the job on a saturday morning .I am like people carry around a lot of stuff.
So I let go and let god we want things the way we want it and realize that we are not the star of the show ,so I start to share and I SUGGEST that hey we arwe not fighting against the carnal but rather spirits from high and low place that come through these people and we are like to take this stuff personal.I liken life to the movie the matrix we are here for a purpose each and every one alot don't know the process the position or the mission so we are confused.There are so many people walking around in this wilderness it is amazing.

We are here to forfill the work of the lord those of us who in his perfect will .Let his will be done on earth as it is in heaven.Any way after the meeting my boy comes up and says glad you made that is exactly what I needed to hear. I call me buddy and told him look I have something for you and gave him the information,I did my job and I was out to the other meeting .

Life is exciting you never know what you are going to hear see or say however if you know your purpose then you will be given your assignment the message will come because all of your experience was not really for you but for others that are travelling along the part you are.

Many times and this is based on human nature we try to control when we are to submit and follow the direction of the holy spirit .Think with me for a minute what prompt me to write what prompted you to read this information is necessary for you and for me to be able to write this what I love to do and this is what you need just for this moment in time just the clarity you need .If you were to ask me a year ago I would not be able to tell you man this is so tight.We just don't know an I guess we are not suppose to.

Do you feel the breeze.?

OHH how good it feels I always prefer to be in a snow filled area at this time of the year to my many friends you will understand being next to the fire place with family members and friends is wonderful.The best thing in the world to me is edntertaining family around christmas the conversations the walks in the park ummmmmmmmmmm it is terrific.I spent two winter holidays last year I went to Colorado at a ski lodge if I have to sell furniture to doit this year trust me It shall be done there is nothing like skiing all day then coming back to the cabin to cook and chill.

All that to say this weather is great I feel like a bird the way I like to travel is by motorcycle this just doubles my fun.
Next year I will introduce my travel club we will be goin to Italy or Spain .Hey I just had to blogg about the great feeling the breeze brings .Have a great nite if you are fortunate to have the significant other pop a nice glass of red and love yourself.

Today in the community I live in .

Ladies and Gentlemen today I always start with pray and mediation after this was completed I proceed to check my internet.I am amazed at how the routine have become so addictive these days .

I was sheduled to meet a charity to really take a first hand look at the Englerston community,we walked along with the urban renewal manager Mr. Dennis Dames you know it seems as if that the Friday is a national holiday for some of the young boys and girls in my area,when I asked there reason for not being in school it was like no conrete answer.

What happened to the traunt officer? I am pretty sure the Ministry of Education is bewildered by this question.It is where were at not just in my community we seem to have a don't care attitude as a people on the whole.As we walked through this area it was remarkable the amount of abandoned homes.

Abandon houses and properties the government in the Bahamas need to start a process where in 30 days if there are no persons found responsible for the property and the house that are in a state of disrepair we have the right to confiscate them and make them apart of the community use.

Local government comes to my mind when I think of the area sure those who are in charge seem to be clueless or careless about my community.I think there should be local government in these inner city areas so the people from the area will have direct control of the hoods in which they live.

Immigration : Persons whom seem to be in the majority coming from countries where they bring the same behaviour by the way they have kept their environment to the areas locally seem not to be bothered by the squaller tyoe state in which they live .

Education :The parents never did well in school so queit naturally they will not be the proponent for the importance of it in their children there you have the truancy.The children can read they relly go to school and when they reach their teen years they cause a grreat deal of problems in the school system and they the teachers are frustrate hence the delivery of the information vital for their survival is not disseminated with the luster and excitement because you find the deviants make up the majority.


Urban renewal -the way forward it is not the answer this government organiztion just should be there for the community to facilate the interest of the community.Urban renewal needs to make the message clear they are just facilatators not the solution just a part of it .What they are doing well is combining the necessary personalities coordinating and ensuring the community benefits as a whole.

A national level of awareness and a sense of community needs to be engrained in all of the players mindsets that they are eith apart of the solution or they are contributing to the problem it is a church business resident student government effort.

You and me make this all possible in all different ways and all capacities.Rise up Bahama Land.
